Shipping Methods:

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Standard Shipping: Orders within Germany are shipped with DHL.
Personal delivery service: We personally deliver all orders in Luxembourg.

Our delivery options deliver within 3-10 business days from the date of purchase depending on the destination country.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping within Germany: 6.99€
Shipping within Luxembourg: Free Shipping(3-10 Days) or Fast Shipping(3-5 Days). Fast Shipping costs 7.5€ additionally.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-4 business days from the date of purchase. Please note, that orders placed after 12:00 PM CET may not be processed until the following business day.

Order Tracking:

At the moment we only offer order tracking for orders within Germany. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions:

Currently we only ship within Germany and Luxembourg. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately (Contact). We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Change of Shipping Address:

If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
