Product Offerings

• Grillsquare offers portable grills for sale through its ecommerce platform. The grills are made out of aluminium and stainless steel.

• Grillsquare V1 with cover: 89.99€

Payment Methods

• Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit card.

Refunds and Returns

• Customers have up to 30 days after receipt of the product to request a return or refund.
• Refunds are available for our grills.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and undamaged.
• To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact our customer service team here.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Placement of an Order

When placing an order via grillsquare.shop, you, as a customer, warrant that:

• You are not using a false identity without proper consent.

Procedure & Shipping

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-4 business days from the date of purchase.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing further information.
• Shipping usually takes 3-10 business days. Shipping durations may extend when demand is high.

• Grillsquare currently offers discounts. Users of the European Youth Card benefit from a 10% discount on selected items.
